We build the layer between model capability and work an organization can sign off on.

Long context, tool use, and multi-step reasoning are capabilities of the model. Trust, auditability, and predictable cost are properties of the system around it — and that system is what we build.

Overview

Who we are

FGGJTNBGNCR LLC is a United States company that designs and builds long-context AI systems for work that depends on large, interconnected bodies of information: software repositories, regulatory and contractual documents, technical reports, and operational processes that span many systems.

Turning model capability into something a head of engineering, a compliance reviewer, or an operations manager can rely on requires more than a model: it requires context engineering, orchestration, evaluation, access control, cost management, and operational discipline. That is the layer we design and engineer.

Our work is organized around three workload families — Codebase intelligence, Long-document evidence processing, and Long-running tool orchestration — each designed to run on a single control plane.

Mission

Make complex knowledge work faster to complete and easier to verify.

Speed without verification moves risk downstream. Verification without speed leaves the work where it was. We build for both at once: systems that shorten the path to a result and shorten the path to trusting it.

01 / Complete

Faster to complete

The system assembles context, plans, and executes the mechanical passes of the work.

02 / Verify

Easier to verify

Every result arrives with its sources, intermediate artifacts, and test or cross-check evidence.

03 / Operate

Safe to operate

Identity, audit, budgets, and release gates are enforced by the platform.

Principles

The standards we hold our systems to.

These principles shape design reviews, acceptance criteria, and what we decline to build.

Operating model

Principle 01

Evidence over assertion

Outputs carry links to the file, page, span, or record that supports them. A claim without a source is treated as a defect.

Principle 02

Humans hold release authority

Systems prepare, check, and recommend. Named people approve consequential actions, and the approval is recorded.

Principle 03

Least privilege, always

A system sees only what its requesting user may see and calls only the tools its workload is scoped to use.

Principle 04

Measure before scaling

Every workload has an evaluation set agreed with domain reviewers. Expansion follows measured results, not demonstrations.

Principle 05

Cost is a design constraint

Budgets are set before build and enforced at runtime. We report cost per accepted output, the number that matters to the business.

Principle 06

Plain-language accountability

Every release states what the system does, what it does not do, and its known limitations — in language a non-specialist can act on.

Scope

What we build — and what we deliberately do not.

Clear boundaries are part of a responsible engagement. They keep systems focused on work where long context and multi-step reasoning create real value.

Responsible use

In scope

Systems for bounded, reviewable work

  • Repository-scale analysis, change planning, and patch generation with test evidence
  • Extraction, reconciliation, and cited briefing over long and heterogeneous documents
  • Multi-step workflows across applications and APIs with checkpoints and approval gates
  • Evaluation suites, cost models, and operating runbooks for every system in scope

Out of scope

Work we decline

  • Unreviewed autonomous actions against production systems or systems of record
  • Training or fine-tuning models on client data without a written agreement
  • Accuracy claims that are not backed by an agreed evaluation set
  • Automated decisions about people's credit, employment, health, or legal status without qualified human decision-makers
